International Security Expert Joins Protection From Abuse

Frank G. Gallagher Appointed Special Advisor to PROTECTION FROM ABUSE

PHILADELPHIA – July 30, 2016 — PROTECTION FROM ABUSE Security Services announced today that international security expert Frank G. Gallagher is joining PROTECTION FROM ABUSE as a Special Advisor to its Protective Services programs. Mr. Gallagher has over thirty years of international experience providing personal protection in both the private security sector and the United States Military.

“Our clients are overwhelmingly women at risk of death or serious injury at the hands of their spouse, intimate partner, or trafficker. Providing protective services within that landscape is a complex and serious undertaking and something we take very seriously” said Steven Dana, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer. “Frank will be an invaluable asset as we continuously evaluate the quality and safety of our programs.”

Mr. Gallagher is perhaps best known as the Agent-in-Charge of Ambassador L. Paul Bremer’s security detail in Baghdad, Iraq during Bremer’s leadership of the occupational authority in Iraq following the 2003 invasion by the United States. Frank is the co-author of the book, “The Bremer Detail: Protecting the Most Threatened Man in the World.” Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Security for former US Secretary of State, Dr. Henry A. Kissinger.
