You and your House of Worship will be listed in our coalition directory as a sanctuary of love, safety, and spiritual support to all victims and survivors of abuse. You will also have access to our security resource page for Houses of Worship so that you and your team may better protect your flock.
By joining the coalition, you affirm you agree with the following Statement of Principles:
STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES
Whereas: Abuse is prevalent in every community, and affects all God’s children regardless of age, socio-economic status, gender, race, religion, or nationality;
Whereas: At least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have been victims of some form of physical violence by an intimate partner within their lifetime;
Whereas: Abuse has significant and serious physical, emotional and economic impact that destroys our families and communities;
Whereas: As spiritual leaders we are duty-bound to do everything within our power and resources to protect victim-survivors within our congregation and our community; and,
Now, therefore, we resolve to work together to support and assist victim-survivors of abuse, I agree to advance the following initiatives:

Who We Are
PROTECTION FROM ABUSE Security Services is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organized to provide education, guidance, and victim-witness protective services to victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, child abuse, and victim-witnesses of violent crime. Collaborating with Law Enforcement, Victim-Witness Advocates, Federal and State Prosecutors, Houses of Worship, and other community stakeholders, PROTECTION FROM ABUSE educates and protects our most vulnerable.
